Satsuma Simple Syrup
This Satsuma Simple Syrup adds warmth and all sorts of feel-good to your cocktails. Also a great holiday addition to a glass of champagne or sparkling water!
Big Satsumas (this will make about one cup)
Small chunks of ginger
sliced or grated
Simmer juice, sugar and grated ginger together for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally
With 10 minutes left, add in six cloves.
Remove from heat and let cool. Pour into a glass jar.
