8ouncesWild Turkey Bourbon (you can also use rum, but I think the bourbon tastes better)
2Chai Teabags
3cupsEggnogvegan or regular
4droppersToken's Calder Chai Bitters
1tbspCinnamon
1tbspNutmeg
Anise seed garnish
Instructions
Steep tea with four droppers (two in each cup) of Token Calder Chai Bitters and let it cool.
Into a big pitcher or screw-top jar, pour your cooled tea, three cups of eggnog, 1/2 TBSP of nutmeg, 1/2 TBSP of cinnamon, and eight shots of Wild Turkey.
Give it a good shake and pop in the fridge to chill.
When you're ready to serve, shake again for about 10-15 seconds and pour into coupe glasses.
Stir with your bar spoon.
Sprinkle on the rest of your nutmeg and cinnamon. Add Anise star to float.
You could also add a small dollop of whipped cream.
