Add in tequila.
Pour juice mixture into glass and top with a splash or two of sparkling water or grapefruit kombucha.
Give it a stir!
Add in your grapefruit slice and rosemary sprig garnish.
Cheers!
Notes
Zest your grapefruit and let dry for a few hours or overnight before you mix with the sea salt. Not essential but I find this makes the rimmer less messy and therefore more aesthetically pleasing for presentation.
When rimming your glass, only put your rimmer on one small portion of one side of the glass. Again - points for presentation.
Juice the fruit into a measuring cup first as opposed to straight into the glass. Way less messy.
Use big block ice instead of cubes. Easier to drink.
Be sure to only use a splash or two of sparkling or Kombucha. Too much drastically changes the overall taste.
Make sure you stir this before you sip! Missing this step is crucial to the taste of the drink.
Gently push your rosemary sprig into the glass so it's not sticking out the top and hitting you in the face.
