Healthy Chick + Bunny Breakfast Pops

Filled with yummy stuff! Your kids will love these healthy chick and bunny breakfast pops!

Ingredients
  

  • Easter mould
  • popsicle sticks
  • chopped up strawberries and kiwi berries
  • granola
  • shredded coconut
  • vanilla and/or coconut Greek yogurt
  • decorative eyes and bunny ears
  • edible adhesive 

Instructions
 

  • Fill the bottom of the mould with yogurt.
  • Add in chopped up fruit and granola.
  • Top off with more yogurt and smooth it out. 
  • Lay popsicle stick at the bottom and cover the stick with a bit more yogurt to secure it.
  • Pop in the freezer for two hours or overnight.
  • Remove from moulds and use adhesive gel to tack on the eyes and ears decorations.
  • Store in an airtight freezer-friendly container layered with wax paper.
