There are some serious finds and mega sales in this outfit recap! We had such a fabulous time on our couple’s getaway to the Mayan Riviera last month (I’ll recap details of our trip soon). I was so thrilled to get some one on one time with my man, and ditch the sweaters and snow boots for a rose gold suitcase filled with floral rompers, cute suits, and breezy dresses.
When I’m outfit planning for any trip, I always lay everything out and try everything on before I pack it. It’s the best way to ensure you’re not missing any item to complete the look and to make sure your pieces aren’t in need of repair. This may sound ridiculous but I rock my most figure-hugging outfits at the beginning of the trip and save the more flowy stuff for the end when I’m needing extra room to accommodate the delicious eats and cocktails I’ve consumed.
