This rose water cocktail is the perfect amount of floral and sweet. Here’s everything you’ll need to make Petal Punch!

rose water cocktail-1Rose Water Cocktail

Even if you’re not into floral drinks, you need to try this! That includes me. I’m not a big floral cocktail girl, BUT this Petal Punch is just the right amount of everything. This is also a great idea for a cocktail kit to drop off on your friends’ porch this Valentine’s Day!

There are a few ingredients that make this drink really special, including a delicious vodka (that is PINK!!), some glitter, and special ice cubes. Here’s how to do it!

rose water cocktail-2You’ll Need:

  • 1.5 ounces of Deuce Vodka Neon
  • 1-ounce Chambord
  • Splash of rose water
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • Sparkling water
  • Heart-shaped ice cube
  • Violet cocktail glitter (optional)
  • Frozen raspberry

rose water cocktail-3Directions:

  • Add a dash or two of violet cocktail glitter to the bottom of your glass.
  • Pour in Deuce Vodka Neon, Chambord, rose water, and lemon juice.
  • Watch your glitter swirl like a little love tornado!
  • Top up with sparkling water.
  • Add in your heart-shaped ice cube and frozen raspberry.
  • Enjoy!

Deuce Neon Vodka

This delicious vodka is made in Alberta. The company is owned by country music star Brett Kissel and his wife Cecilia. Some people say drinking Deuce Vodka Neon is “like drinking a rainbow,” and I would have to agree! Although it’s flavoured, it’s not overly sweet – just the right amount. Plus, it’s pink, so… I’m already dreaming up more recipes for this one.

Rose Water Options

I found two rose water options, and they both taste great! The first, from Amazon, was pricer. The photo shows four bottles, but you actually just get one. The second is much more cost-effective, and equally as delicious. You may be able to find it at a local speciality market or health food store. Grab it online here.

Heart-Shaped Ice Cubes

There’s no shortage of heart-shaped ice cube trays online, but geometric hearts are trickier to find. Try using this silicone dessert mold. Just be sure to place the mold in the freezer first, and then fill it. Otherwise, you’ll be spilling water everywhere trying to carry it.

Raspberry Tip

Be sure to buy fresh raspberries and then freeze them. It’s way better quality than starting with frozen raspberries.
