A cute addition to your glass! This St. Paddy’s Day drink garnish is a cinch to make.

St. Paddy's Day Drink Garnish-1You’ll Need:

  • Long English cucumber
  • black chia seeds
  • agave nectar or honey
  • toothpick

St. Paddy's Day Drink Garnish-2Directions:

  • Slice your cucumber to create two pieces – one for the top of the hat and one for the brim.
  • Secure together with a toothpick.
  • Dab on agave nectar at the point where the brim and top of the hat meet. (I used a chopstick to do this).
  • Pour chia seeds over top of the nectar, into a bowl, and fine-tune with a toothpick.
  • Pop in the top of a straw to garnish your St.Patrick’s Day drink!
