A cute addition to your glass! This St. Paddy’s Day drink garnish is a cinch to make.
You’ll Need:
- Long English cucumber

- toothpick
Directions:
- Slice your cucumber to create two pieces – one for the top of the hat and one for the brim.
- Secure together with a toothpick.
- Dab on agave nectar at the point where the brim and top of the hat meet. (I used a chopstick to do this).
- Pour chia seeds over top of the nectar, into a bowl, and fine-tune with a toothpick.
