The Polar Leadoff is a fun new blue cocktail you can whip up at home before you settle in to watch the next Jays game!
Polar Ice is now the official Canadian vodka of the Toronto Blue Jays! To celebrate, they’ve released a limited edition polar ice bottle and created The Polar Leadoff: a new game day ritual to elevate your game viewing experience from home!
The cocktail is super simple to make and bleeds blue like all true Jays fans! It also has a quintessential ballpark ingredient to help make it feel like you’re right in the stands at Rogers Centre!
How To Make The Polar Leadoff
- 1 oz Polar Ice Vodka
- 1/4 oz blue curaçao
- 4-5 oz sparkling lemonade
- Build in a tall glass with lots of ice.
- Give in a stir
- Top with buttered popcorn!
The idea is you eat the popcorn as your pre-cocktail snack before sipping the drink! Do not mix in. 😉

Ingredients
- 1 oz Polar Ice Vodka
- 1/4 oz blue curaçao
- 4-5 oz sparkling lemonade
- 1 handful buttered popcorn
Instructions
- fill a tall glass with ice
- add in one ounce of Polar Ice Vodka
- pour in 1/4 ounce of Blue Curaçao
- top with buttered popcorn
