This Vanilla Grapefruit Mocktail is so refreshing and delicious!
Feel free to make it a cocktail by adding in your favourite spirit.
Whether you’ve adopted the sober lifestyle for good, are taking a break from booze, or you’re pregnant (like me), doesn’t mean whatever you’re sipping has to be boring. I’ve been having all sorts of fun creating mocktails this pregnancy! I also like to pop mine in a fancy glass to kick the experience up a notch.
I had an amazing mocktail while out for lunch with Ry last week and wanted to try and recreate it. So, here we are!
Next week we’ll be busting out some St. Paddy’s day drinks working in my leprechaun hat drink garnish (get the how-to here) and Wyatt has requested a Lucky Leprechaun Smoothie as well.
Vanilla Syrup
One of the key ingredients that make this mocktail extra yummy is vanilla syrup. You can make your own, of course, but I recommend this one from our friends at Mojo Jojo. Add it to coffee, cocktails, and confections! Shop it here.
You’ll Need
- one cup of pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed is best but Sunripe Slim Pink Grapefruit tastes great too)!

Directions
